Refund Policy

As long as your item is still in brand new condition (unworn, unwashed, and unaltered), you can return it within 30 days of your purchase.

If for some reason your order arrives damaged, incorrect or you were shorted an item, please provide photos of the issue, along with the original order # via email to info@jasonknightsmusic.com. All eligible returns will be provided a pre-paid return label via email.

At this time, we do not currently offer exchanges. If you want to exchange your item for a different size, color, etc, simply return the item and place a new order for the item you wish to receive. This will help to ensure the most timely and accurate delivery of your items

Please include the merchandise, original order number, packing slip, and a reason for the return. Failure to include a packing slip and original order number could result in a delay in processing your return.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will refund you the cost of the item(s) within about one week from when the item is delivered to us. Original shipping cost will not be refunded unless the product is damaged, incorrect or incomplete as a fault of our company.

Refunds typically take 2-3 business days to appear in your account once they have been processed, but in some cases could take up to 10 days.
