Shipping Policy

In most cases, orders will ship within 2-3 business days. Shipping and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed unless we specify otherwise. We try our best to offer the most up to date and cheapest shipping rates possible. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns.

With the ongoing Covid-19 logistical issues occurring throughout the United States, all shipments are subject to delay. Unfortunately, once an order leaves our facility there isn’t anything we can do to alter the shipping. You will receive a tracking number via the email you provided at checkout once your order is processed and ships. If you do not receive that tracking number, please reach out and provide us your original order number.

If you are placing international orders, we are unable to guarantee the timeliness of arrival of your package. Most orders will usually arrive within 2-4 weeks, but that time frame can vary. There may also be duty payments required at the time your package arrives. We are not responsible for these additional costs incurred on international orders.

Harton Productions, LLC, and Jason Knight Music do not guarantee the method of delivery.

Lost or missing packages for orders showing a delivered tracking status are not eligible for replacements or refunds. Once a package leaves our facility with the carrier, delivery is beyond our control. We will try our best to aid in finding lost packages, but it is the responsibility of you the customer to reach out to your neighbors and contact your local post office for a GPS location of where and when the package was dropped off.
